Drug Sweep in East Bakersfield

On 11/18/08 Deputies from the East Bakersfield sub station conducted a narcotics sweep in East Bakersfield. The sweep resulted in ( 8 ) arrests, ( 15 ) field interviews and ( 1 ) stolen vehicle recovery. The following is a list of the subjects arrested and the charges:
Ronald E. Moore HS 11550, under the influence of a controlled substance
Tina R. Smith HS 11550, under the influence of a controlled substance
Amanda Quizenberry HS 11550, under the influence of a controlled substance
Amber D. High Warrant arrest
Alberto J.B. Lopez VC 23103a Reckless Driving, VC 14601.1a Drive with asuspended license Warrant arrest, VC 16028a No proof of insurance
Henry Venegas PC 647 (f) Public Intoxication
Jorge Jaimes Warrant arrest
Jesus G. Vargas C.O. 8.28.050 Trash Scavenging
